Company Memorandums are standard good-looking memorandums for email where all the details of the company are retrieved from the My_Record.

Template Variables Description

Variables in Template Variable Description

[Memo] The type of Memo i.e. Company news, Internal Memo, Something For You, etc.. The default is - Internal Memo. The [Priority] and the [Memo] are, in general, next to each other with [Priority] preceding the [Memo] field. Hence, for separation, add a dash or a space to the field.

[Message] The message in the template. Enter the text in the message and send it to the end-user. This message can be on a continuous text or on a scrollable text bar.

[Sincerely] The final greeting message. No punctuation is listed on the template. Include the punctuation here. The default is: Sincerely,

[Priority] The priority of the memo i.e. Urgent, Important, ACT Now, etc. The default is Urgent.

[Reference] The subject reference on the memo (different from the subject line). No Default
